Rokai
Los espacios de mi gran amigo Edo Kobayashi se han caracterizado por reproducir el balance perfecto entre sabor y nutrición, propio de la cultura nipona. Me encanta visitar su local Himitsu en San Diego, por lo que la idea de tener sus restaurantes japoneses en la Ciudad de México me fascina. Rokai es garantía, por lo tanto te recomiendo confiar en su gusto y pedir omakase.
My good friend Edo Kobayashi’s spaces are known for creating the perfect balance between taste and nutrition, exactly as the nippon culture does. I love going to his restaurant Himitsu in San Diego. Thus, I adore having his amazing restaurants in Mexico City. Rokai is such guarantee. I recommend trusting their knowledge and asking for the omakase.

Nobu
Visitar este restaurante es un must en cada viaje. Me encanta tenerlo en la Ciudad de México y recordar la elegancia de cada franquicia Nobu en el mundo. La esencia del inigualable Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa mantiene su estatus como la mejor cadena de restaurantes japoneses a nivel global. El ambiente de Nobu en México es bastante vivo, ideal para una noche de drinks con amigos y la mejor gastronomía.
Attending Nobu is a must in every trip. I love having it in Mexico City and remembering the elegance of every Nobu franchise in the world. The unique Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s essence mantains its global status as the best chain of Japanese restaurants. The atmosphere at Nobu is ideal for a drinks night with friends and the best gastronomy.
Sakai
El ambiente es bastante agradable, disfruto mucho sentarme en la barra para recibir sugerencias para probar del itamae. Mis recomendaciones para este lugar son la sopa de Udon de Rib-eye y el maki yorokobi. De la misma manera, encuentra distintas locaciones para Ikigai y Miru con el mismo concepto y calidad.
The atmosphere is very enjoyable, I like seating at the bar and receiving suggestions to try from the itamae. My recommendations from this place are the Udon Rib-eye soup and the maki yorokobi. You can also find different locations for Ikigai and Miru with the same concept and quality.
Batta
Este lugar cuenta con unas instalaciones divinas de madera, tan infalibles como cada nigiri de su menú. Te aseguro que no te resistirás al nigiri de Otoro con trufa. Sin embargo, Batta cuenta con una variedad muy amplia de opciones para consumir. Disfruta de la que más te apetece con un exquisito sake.
Batta counts with divine light wood installations, infallible as every nigiri from its menu. I assure you won’t resist the Otoro nigiri with truffle. Nevertheless, Batta has a wide variety of options to consume. Enjoy the one you like the most with an exquisite sake.
