I really think that you should act before and plan your shopping so first I settle my budget for my shopping during Black Friday. One of my favorite websites to view my items and compare prices is Farfetch. I spend hours exploring it, adding to the shopping cart what I like the most and then see what the best options are, decide and buy. I highly recommend it!

Sobre mi estilo
Creo que mi estilo se centra en looks que a veces son extravagantes y otras son relajadas o casuales. Cuando es así, me inspiro en el street style pero siempre trato de armar combinaciones inventivas u originales. Los colores que más utilizo son el blanco y el negro, así como el azul denim. Sé que tengo una inclinación por los neutros, por lo que si hablamos de piezas que son buena inversión, las primeras que elegiría serían en estos tonos. Sin embargo, también soy fan de agregar un toque extra de color en los accesorios, por lo que también recomiendo invertir en eso.

Hi! Many of you have asked me to tell you more about my style. Therefore, today I am writing to talk to you about the pieces that are key in my outfits and where to buy them. My personal style focuses on sometimes quirky, sometimes street-style and always inventive and well put together looks. The colors I use the most are black and white, as well as denim blue, mostly neutral colors I would say, with an extra color on my accessories.

Sobre las piezas de inversión
Considero que las piezas de inversión son esos artículos atemporales, versátiles y de alta calidad que tenemos en nuestro armario y que una vez que lo tienes te puede durar para toda la vida. Además, más allá de ser una forma más consiente de comprar, pueden ahorrarte dinero con el tiempo. Sí creo que un artículo de tendencia puede convertirse en una verdadera pieza de inversión. Solo tienes que preguntarte si te ves usándolo a lo largo de los años, e imaginar la prenda con diferentes combinaciones, eso siempre me ayuda a decidir si va a ser una verdadera pieza de inversión o no.

I think investment pieces are the timeless, versatile, high-quality staples in your closet that you can buy once and own for a lifetime. Also beyond being a more sustainable way to shop, they can save you money over time. But of course I think a trend-led item can become a true investment piece. You just have to ask yourself if you see yourself wearing it over the years? And imagine the piece on different outfits always help me to decide if it’s going to be a true investment piece.

Mi nuevo objeto del deseo
Una de mis piezas favoritas son estos tenis blancos de Gucci. Tienen un toque retro que me encanta. Son versátiles y puedo usarlos con casi cualquier atuendo. Como dije antes, si puedes llevarlos con diferentes atuendos, seguro que será una pieza en la que vale la pena invertir. Debo admitir que tengo algunos artículos de Gucci que definitivamente considero un must.
My new obsession
One of my favorite investment pieces are my white Gucci sneakers. They have a retro touch which I really love about them. And they are really versatile and I can wear them with almost any outfit. As I said before, if you can wear them with different outfits for sure it will be an investment piece. I have to admit I have some Gucci items that I definitely consider an investment.
¿Cómo combinarlos?
Me gusta llevar los tenis con un pantalón de cuero, camiseta blanca y blazer. Normalmente este outfit lo usaría en un día típico de mi semana, desde un brunch con mis amigas hasta mis citas de trabajo. Me encanta la idea de llevar un outfit formal con estos tenis que lo hacen lucir un poco más casual. También creo que una falda o un vestido definitivamente sería una gran opción con ellos.
How to mix and match?
I like to wear them with leather pants, a white t-shirt and a blazer. Normally I will wear this on a typical week day from brunch with my friends to work appointments. I love the idea of wearing a formal outfit with these sneakers that make it look a bit more casual but without losing the mood. Also I think a skirt or dress would definitely be a great option with the sneakers too.
