La duquesa de Cambridge, Kate Middleton, con su icónico estilo es una fashionista consagrada. Desde el anuncio de su tercer embarazo a inicios del septiembre, la duquesa ha llevado su embarazo vistiendo abrigos largos con cinturón, vestidos sueltos y de cintura imperio.
En su primera aparición pública desde el anuncio de su embarazo, lució un vestido de encaje azul de Temperley London y tacones cerrados en azul marino. La futura madre de tres hijos brilló en este evento, a pesar de haber estado mal las semanas anteriores debido a sus náuseas matutinas extremas.
Luego, el 16 de octubre pasado la duquesa lució un vestido rosado hasta la rodilla de Orla Kiely con un cinturón negro en la cintura que acentuó su pequeña barriga de embarazada en un evento en donde conoció al oso Paddington en la estación de trenes que lleva el mismo nombre. Dos días después, Kate asistió a la ceremonia de graduación de Coach Core junto al príncipe William y el príncipe Harry, llevando una chaqueta azul de Philosophy Di Lorenzo sobre un jersey negro cuello de tortuga y jeans del mismo color, terminando su atuendo con botines negros y zarcillos de Kiki McDonough.
Por otro lado, estuvo deslumbrante en la Cena de gala para el Centro Nacional para Niños y Familias Anna Freud realizada en el palacio de Kensington el 7 de noviembre. Para este evento optó por un vestido negro de encaje Diane Von Furstenberg, el cual también llevó cuando estaba embarazada de Charllote.

In her first public appearance since the announcement of her pregnancy, she wore a blue lace dress by Temperley London and navy blue pump heels. The future mother of three, dazzled at this event despite had been ill the previous weeks due to her extreme morning sickness.
Then, on October 16, the Duchess wore a knee-length pink dress by Orla Kiely with a waist black belt that accentuated her pregnant small belly at an event where she met the Paddington bear at same name train station. Two days later, Kate attended the Coach Core graduation ceremony with Prince William and Prince Harry, wearing a blue Philosophy Di Lorenzo jacket over a black turtleneck sweater and jeans of the same color, finishing her outfit with black ankle boots and earrings by Kiki McDonough.
On the other hand, she dazzled at the Dinner Gala for the Anna Freud National Center for Children and Families held at Kensington Palace on November 7. For this event she opted for a black Diane Von Furstenberg lace dress, which she also wore when she was pregnant with Charllote.
